The Petaluma Valley Groundwater Sustainability Agency is looking for a representative of the agricultural community to serve on its Advisory Committee. If you are a farmer, work on a farm or work in the agricultural industry in the Petaluma Valley, we hope you will consider applying. Ideal candidates will be involved in the agricultural community and have knowledge of farming issues and concerns regarding groundwater and surface water.
Please note that members of the Petaluma Valley Groundwater Sustainability Agency Advisory Committee must live or work in, or represent an organization with a presence in the Petaluma Valley groundwater basin, which is designated by the California Department of Water Resources. Before applying, please go to the DWR website and check the box that reads “Bulletin 118 Groundwater Basins” in the sidebar, then enter your home, work or farm address to determine whether you live or work within the basin.
