Requests for Proposals

The Sonoma County GSAs regularly contract for services to implement the Groundwater Sustainability Plans, augment staff expertise and resources, and leverage their funding. The GSAs are committed to transparent and equitable Request for Proposal (RFP) and/or Request for Statements of Qualifications (RFQ) processes which result in high-quality proposals and project implementation.

All RFP, RFQ, and bidding processes are conducted in conformity with federal, state, and local law and regulations, as applicable.
